St Columb Major is an ancient Market Town in Cornwall with pretty countryside and on â€˜The Cornish Wayâ€˜ cycle network. Home to 3,100 people which is more than when the Romans were here in the 5th Century AD. The town was granted itâ€™s Market Charter 1333, and still continues today. The impressive 14th Century Church whose tower rises up to 80 feet is a prominent site. Once inside the architectural prowess is blatantly on display and is an impressive show from Centuries past.
