Glenshee is a hamet in the Perth and Kinross region of Scotland situated at the head of the Highland Glen Shee in the heart of Scotland. This is an area well-known in Scottish folklore with myths and legends from King Arthur to the ancient Cateran warriors believed to have walked these paths, even the name Glenshee comes from the Gaelic â€˜Gleann Shithâ€™ meaning â€˜Glen of the Fairies.â€™ The ancient hamlet has a strong Pictish and medieval past and is surrounded by historic landmarks including castles, palaces, battlefields and ancient monuments.
