It forms one half of the entire property (the owners occupy the other half) and stands in beautiful landscaped gardens complete with an outdoor swimming pool (open July and August), shared by the owner and his grandchildren, and private patio with furniture and barbecue. The house offers a spacious living room connected by an archway to a delightful sun room with pitched ceiling and large windows, allowing the superb rural views and magnificent sunsets to be enjoyed to the full. The lower ground floor is reached by a spiral staircase and houses an extra large bedroom with a quarter-sized snooker table. ..
