Formerly gatehouses and lodge to the Grade 1 listed Georgian House of Sewerby Hall, these award-winning period properties have been carefully restored to a very good standard, resulting in three unique detached holiday cottages (refs 27522, 27523 and 27524). Visitors can enjoy access to Sewerby Hall Estate and Gardens (seasonal opening times apply). The hall, restored in 2014 as a country house circa 1910, displays impressive historic interiors, nationally important furniture which is on loan from the Victoria and Albert Museum London, and a collection of memorabilia that was once owned by the famous local aviator, Amy Johnson. The 50-acres of grounds offer spectacular views over Bridlington Bay and include award-winning landscaped gardens and numerous woodland walks, with a huge variety of wildlife. ..
